What this covers
This policy explains what 4PathsDeliveries LLC collects when you apply to drive with us, why we collect it, and who we share it with. It applies to the application form on this website.
What we collect
When you submit a driver application we collect: your name, email address, phone number, the area you're based in, your vehicle details, your availability, your delivery experience, the languages you speak, whether you're authorized to work in the US, and anything you choose to write in the free-text fields. We also record which website or job board sent you to us.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for and do not store your Social Security number, date of birth, driver's license number, or any uploaded documents. Background checks are run by GoFo, not by us, and those identifiers are handled directly by them.
Who we share it with
We share your application with GoFo, our onboarding partner, who handles driver onboarding and runs the background check. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We use Resend to deliver email and Neon to store application data on our behalf.
How we contact you, and text messaging terms
We email you about your application. By providing your mobile number on the application form, you agree that 4PathsDeliveries LLC may call you and send you text messages about your own application: application status, interview and onboarding links, reminders to sign your agreements, and shift confirmations once you drive with us. We do not send marketing texts. Message frequency varies, usually fewer than 10 texts during an application. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help; you can also email us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep applications for as long as we may reasonably want to reconsider you for a driving role. You can ask us to delete your application at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email us and we'll take care of it.
