At 4Paths, you're a contractor — not an employee. That means you own your schedule. Accept routes that work for you, manage your day your way, and complete your deliveries by end of day. No micromanagement. No clock-in, clock-out. Just results.

Requirements
To drive with 4Paths, you'll need:
- Valid driver's license
- 21 years of age or older
- Reliable vehicle with current insurance
- Smartphone (iOS or Android)
- Ability to pass a background check
What it pays
$1.50
First package at a stop
$0.50
Each additional package at the same stop
You are paid per package delivered, as an independent contractor. Fuel, insurance, tolls and your phone are your own costs, and nothing is withheld for taxes. You will see and sign this exact rate before you start.
Insurance you will need
The contractor agreement asks for these. Know them before you apply, not after.
- A valid auto insurance. Delivery use endorsement is recommended.
Proof of insurance is checked at your in-person onboarding, before your first route.
